I didn’t start this business because I love AI or consulting. To be honest, I'm wary of both.

But I've seen what happens when someone takes the time to figure this out the right way. It works, often in ways you wouldn’t expect. So I’ve built a practice focused on what I know: how to make this stuff useful for leaders and teams who have work to get done, but don't have the time or expertise with AI to know where it can actually help.

And here's where my background unexpectedly became an asset. I spent 20 years as an HR leader at major companies around the world. So when I look at AI, I don't see a tech problem. I see a talent problem. How do you bring someone new onto your team, teach them how you work, and make sure they actually add value? I've done that my entire career. Just never with software that talks back.
